Dear User,
Did you register and download the data yet? If not, visit the DHS Website https://dhsprogram.com/data/available-datasets.cfm
Locate the data you are interested in analyzing and follow the prompts to register and ultimately download. Once you have the data and unzip the files, you will see the dictionary along with the data, weighted / unweighted frequencies, and a Word file with important details about the data, including country / survey specific variables.

Dear user, In order to unzipping the file:
1) Right click on the zipped file
2) Extract files
3) Choose appropriate location in order to store your unzipped/extracted files,then
4) Ok
