		Dear Sir,

I am using IAPR72FL.DTA file for calculation of prevalence of Tuberculosis. by using code-
svy linearized : proportion sh24, over(hv104)

i found
Survey: Proportion estimation

Number of strata = 2514 Number of obs = 2869043
Number of PSUs = 28524 Population size = 2821818
                                   Design df = 26010

_prop_1: sh24 = not listed as suffering from tb
          yes: sh24 = yes

         male: hv104 = male
       female: hv104 = female

 ------------------------------------------------------------ --
             | Linearized
Over | Proportion Std. Err. [95% Conf. Interval]
 -------------+---------------------------------------------- --
_prop_1 |
        male | .9960606 . . .
      female | .9977839 . . .
 -------------+---------------------------------------------- --
yes |
        male | .0039394 . . .
      female | .0022161 . . .
 ------------------------------------------------------------ --
Note: missing standard errors because of stratum with single
      sampling unit.

this table if i converted this value as prevelence per one lakh population than it will be-

394 per 100000 for male and 221.61 for female.

is this answer is correct?

In the country report its defined in two category one is medically treated TB, and tuberculosis. and foot note shows that in tuberculosis column medically treated included.

So, how can I calculate the prevlence of tuberculosis across sex (hv104) and SC, ST, OBC, Non of the above category (sh36) ?

Pls send the stata code also.

Thank You
with regards
Krishna
