Hi,
I have submitted a manuscript based on Honduras DHS data from 2011-2012. The editor asks that I provide an "ethical approval code". Does such a code exist for DHS data? I have generally written about ethical approval provided by the Macro Institutional Review Board, but I cannot find any country specific information about local review board approvals. The Honduras DHS report does not seem to mention this at all. Can anyone help with documentation/references related to ethical approval of the 2011-2012 round?

Hi again,
The manuscript is accepted, but can only be published once the ethical approval code is presented. Can you provide any information on this? I see that you have previously sent this directly on email to other persons who ask for the same. I would really appreciate receiving this as soon as possible so that the publishing process is not delayed.
