Ethics Review for the 2009 Mozambique DHS/AIS surveys [message #14661]

In order to respond to a review of paper using DHS data I need to state whether there was in-country ethical review for the 2009 DHS/AIS (HIV) survey I cannot find information on this in the study report , can anyone help me ?
