If you are using m70_1 and m71_1 in the IR file, these will be missing for any woman who has not had a birth in the past 5 years. If you tab v208 (births in the last 5 years) there are 6097 (unweighted cases with no birth in the last five years, exactly the number of cases missing on m70_1. m71_1 is missing for those same cases as well as for all cases that did not say yes on m70_1.
