Hi Albert,
I am doing my PhD in Health Economics. To get the answer of my research question I need to know the upazila information of the clusters of different years specially 2004,2007,2014, the one one you provided for 2011.
Since I am an Lecturer at the same, I can proceed with official procedure through my institution for assurance of the anonymity. Looking forward to you. Thanks
