I am working with DHS data set , and i am going to use SAS 9.2 for my data set analysis. For this moment it's little bit complicate to begin . I have just done proc import of my dataset , and my question is how to select the variable that I need in my analysis and I find also proc content and I logged in sas but on this proc content , there are many data set , and i need only work with adult. So how to begin in sas from data set and proc content

Dear User,
The DHS website has a whole section on "Using Datasets for Analysis". http://www.measuredhs.com/data/Using-Datasets-for-Analysis.c fm. If you are working with the Individual Recode File, for example India NFHS 2005-06, the file you would want to unzip is iair52sd.zip. Inaddition to the data, the unzipped file also contains other resources such as weighted and unweighted frequencies, a map of the data, documentation providing details about the data such as country specific variables and other useful information. You may also want to refer the the Standard Recode Manual http://www.measuredhs.com/pubs/pdf/DHSG4/Recode6_DHS_22March 2013_DHSG4.pdf and The Guide to DHS Statistics http://www.measuredhs.com/pubs/pdf/DHSG1/Guide_to_DHS_Statis tics_29Oct2012_DHSG1.pdf.
