The report shows summary anthropometrics, so it is likely you have individual measurements for children >5 years in Colombia in your DHS file as you said. Unfortunately, looking at the summary report for India DHS 2005, I don't see any summary anthropometrics for children between 5-15 years which suggests that they were not taken in this population.
