Hello,
I loaded the etmr61fl.dat file from the Ethiopia DHS 2011 survey (DHS-VI) in Matlab and some variables doesn't match with the Manual recode, even though in the Individual recode documentation for Ethiopia it says that those variables are being used.
I attached the matlab file with the matrix in this post. (I deleted the first column so that MV000 matches the column 1 in the matlab).

My question comes because in the recode manual it says that MV006 and MV007 correspond to month and year of interview respectively, however in the matrix in matlab the numbers corresponding to those columns are way to big to be a year or a month. I don't know if the rest of the variables are correct or not.
Hope someone can help me with this,
