I am doing research in Uganda concerning sexual violence, and I would like to use the sexual violence data from the DHS for comparison. I need help in interpreting one table in the Uganda DHS 2011.

In the Uganda 2011 DHS, Table 16.3.1. Page 246, the percentage of women aged 15-49 who have experienced sexual violence is presented. I would like to know how the exact question was phrased in order to be able to compare with my data.

You should be able to read the question in English in Appendix E Section 11 Domestic Violence (page 411 of my pdf). One catch is that the survey is conducted in several languages native to Uganda.
