Hi,

I have noticed that you recently published the Ghana MIS 2016 survey and GPS. However, upon checking the database i realised the microscopy results are not available and the RDT results are too few to be correct in the children dataset. I would like to know if you have an estimated date when the microscopy or RDT results will be updated/provided?

A response from malaria expert, Cameron Taylor:

Thank you for your question. To find the microscopy results you need to be looking in the PR datafile (GHPR7AFL.DTA). The results are not in the KR or kids recode file since we test all children under age 5 for parasitemia. The KR file is only for kids of interviewed mothers age 15-49.
