Dear all,

I look at Uganda data: Uganda standard DHS 2011, UGIR60SV (spss file).

The strange thing is in "highest education level" (colomn V106), the coding is not only 0-4 which is used in other countries, but also there are a random value from 5-31. I think that's an error. for the admin, Please, fix it.
