Dear all,
I am working impact of health systems governance using SPA data on Tanzania. There are 2 surveys: 2006 and 2014/15.
In the surveys there is a health facility identifier. However, it is survey specific and not unique over the two waves. Is there any chance of tracking health facilities over the two waves?

The two surveys used independent sample design. It is not possible to track facilities over the surveys. If you'd like to compare the two surveys, the comparison has to be at the regional or national level.
