In the final report for Togo 2013-14, on page 309 there is information on child birth registration. But in the household member recode (PR) Stata dataset for the country, the variable that usually contains this information (HV140) is empty and labeled "na - member has a birth certificate" indicating survey non-response. Is this information contained within a different variable?

Thank you for your time,

Following is a response from Senior DHS Stata Specialist, Tom Pullum:

Normally this variable would be included in the household interview and the PR file. However, for the Togo 2013-14 survey it is a country-specific variable, s225e, found in the KR file.
