Unable to download HIV and geographic datasets [message #12244]

Hi Everyone,
I am a new user on this forum and I am glad to be a member.
My name is Glory Atilola. A Nigerian currently undertaking a full-time PhD studies in Spatial Epidemiology of Disease of Global Health importance at Northumbria University, Newcastle (Previous MSc Epidemiology, Witwatersrand, South Africa).

I just got approval from measuredhs to download dhs datasets. However, I have a little challenge with using the chrono bulk download manager: it doesn't seem to download the datasets in an easily understand manner as the files are not properly labelled with the original filenames).

Second, I was unable to download the HIV and geographic datasets as well as the hyperlink/checkbox option is not active (other DHS RECODE datasets are fine). Is there something I am missing?
Kindly advise.

Hi Glory, It sounds like your session may have expired. I would try closing your browser and logging again and retry the download process.

If that doesn't work please contact archive@dhsprogram.com for further assistance.
