In the individual file "IAIR42FL.dat", there is a variable "V104- Years lived in place of res.". Now, this is in reference to her current residence?

And if the answer to this question is 2 so will it be right to conclude that she has migrated to her current residence 2 years back?

Yes, that would be the correct interpretation. You may also want to look at the actual wording of the relevant questions. The questionnaire (in English) is provided at the end of the main report (https://www.dhsprogram.com/pubs/pdf/FRIND2/FRIND2.pdf) .
