Dear forum,

I've been trying to find a description on how the enumeration areas were created for DHSs and Censuses. Each DHS since 2015-2016 continue to refer to the previous on in regards to this. I've traced it back to the 1988 census but I haven't been able to find this available online so I'm unsure if this contains information on the creation of these EA that has been the basis for DHS sampling ever since. Does anyone have any further information on the creation of the EA used for censuses and DHS' in Tanzania?
