Each survey publishes the questionnaire in an Appendix at the back of the final report. You can read the survey questionnaires to determine how many questions were asked and for what age of children in the particular surveys you are interested in. The survey final reports are available for download from our website.

The Woman's questionnaire also includes time stamps at the beginning and end of the interview so you can calculate interview times in the Egypt surveys.
