I am having difficulty finding the response rate for the women's survey (and the women surveyed in households selected for the men's questionnaire) for the 2007 and 2014 DHS in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Is there a way to find this information in the dataset, or is it available on the DHS website?

This information is always supposed to appear in Chapter 1 of the main report. Have you searched and not found it?

Thanks so much for your reply, and apologies for my delay in getting back with you. I had looked through most of Chapter 1 but must have overlooked the last section where I did find the response rate information - thank you!
