I'm looking for the sampling frame used in the DRC in 2013. I've tried to contact the INS, but have not received a response. Does anyone either have the enumeration areas or a contact who could provide them?

Thanks in advance!

Following is a response from Senior DHS Stata Specialist, Tom Pullum:

The sampling frame is not available for ANY survey, including this one. The sampling frame is owned by the statistical office in the country, the sample is drawn in the country, and DHS never has a copy. Many users, including the DHS analysis staff, would like to have the sampling frame, or at least the estimated numbers of households in the selected enumeration areas, but even we do not have access to such information. It is conceivable, but unlikely, that someone could get the sampling frame from the country's statistical office, but they would never be able to identify which enumeration areas were in the DHS sample, because that information is always destroyed.
