Following is a response from Senior DHS Specialist, Tom Pullum:

I'm not quite sure what you are looking for. v213 is 1 if the woman is currently pregnant and v213 gives her estimated months pregnant. There is of course considerable inaccuracy in the estimate and most women who are early in the pregnancy will not be included in v213. You say "at least 9 months" but very few pregnancies last for more than 9 months.
