A response from SPA specialist, Dr. Paul Ametepi:

I want to believe the user is referring to the Sick Child re-examination as an optional module in the sick child exit interview questionnaire. The 2014-15 Tanzania SPA did not use the child re-examination module. It does not appear in the questionnaires published as part of the report.

Can you please elaborate on the discrepancy?
