cluster-level data for spatially modeled map surfaces for recent population-based survey

On this website, http://spatialdata.dhsprogram.com/modeled-surfaces/#
there are countries with modeled surfaces. Do I have access to the original cluster-level data (point estimate for each individual 5*5 km pixel measure) that is geo-located during the process? I am mainly interested in the indicator for Measles vaccination received.
You need to be able to use a statistical software to create and compute the variables yourself.
The geolocated information (latitude and longitude) used to create the modeled surfaces are also available from that data request website.]]>ClaraB-DHS2017-01-18T22:47:39-00:00Re: cluster-level data for spatially modeled map surfaces for recent population-based survey

I am also looking for the data behind the geo-located cluster-level observations for the indicator 'child stunted' for the Rwanda 2015 DHS.
I want the prevalence of child stunting per cluster-level in Rwanda for the 2015 DHS, the only way to get it is to calculate it myself?
If yes, I know the indicator is: child stunted, the numerator is: children <5 years stunted, and the denominator is: children <5 years. I have a question on the denominator, do you use here weighed total number of children or unweighed total number of children?
