Please refer to Guide to DHS Statistics. Page 109 of the guide has a section of Vaccination Rates for children age 12-23 month who received specified vaccines at any time before the survey. Page 105 has a section on Place of Delivery. The Guide to DHS Statistics can be found on our website.http:// www.dhsprogram.com/publications/publication-dhsg1-dhs-questi onnaires-and-manuals.cfm
On our website we also have a very useful section on Using Datasets for Analysis http://www.dhsprogram.com/data/Using-Datasets-for-Analysis.cfm There is also a section on Using the correct data set http://www.dhsprogram.com/data/File-Types-and-Names.cfm. Please review these resources. If you still have questions, please feel free to post again.
Thank you for your post.

For all hypothesis related to child health you have to use KR file records.
