Following is a response from DHS Technical Specialist, Shireen Assaf:

This was the command used in a recent report published that included the concentration index. This used the erreygers correction and took into account the cluster and sample weight. The indicator is a binary indicator and the rank variable used here is the wealth index. Please see the methods section of this report for more details.

gen wt=v005/1000000
conindex indicator [pw=wt], rankvar(v190) bounded limits(0 1) erreygers cluster(v001)
