Hello all,
For those of you using SAS and DHS data, I found this
note on my error for Windows users. I used the method below and
the problem was solved!
" Your SAS session should be invoked with UTF-8 encoding in order to avoid the NOTE and ERROR.
To invoke SAS using UTF-8 encoding on Windows, do one of the following:
From the Start menu, select All Programs ► SAS ► Additional Languages ► SAS 9.x (Unicode Support).
From a desktop icon, do the following:
Right-click the SAS icon and select Properties. On the Shortcut tab, in the Target line, add the desired configuration file (with the complete path) to the end:
-config "C:\Program Files\SASHome94\SASFoundation\9.4\nls\u8\sasv9.cfg"
Click OK."
