Access to DHS sampling frame? [message #8249]

Does DHS ever make available their sampling frame for a particular country if others are interested in using it to generate a random sample for their own survey? In particular I am interested in the most recent Rwanda sampling frame. This would be the EAs as well as household roster for random selection of households/women of reproductive age.
