Dear Sir

I am a student currently studying at LSHTM for MSc Epidemiology. My project is the secondary analysis of the Cambodia DHS survey 2010. As part of the ethical review process, I will have to include the details of the original ethical review process and approval of the Cambodia DHS 2010 to the university's ethical review board. Unfortunately, I could not find the information about the ethical review process for Cambodia DHS 2010 survey. I would really appreciate if you could provide the details of the original ethical review process, ethical boards and approval.
