Hello every one,
I want to analyze factors associated with contraceptive discontinuation specifically with long-acting method discontinuation.
For this, I want to know the women who started and discontinued long-acting method on a specific period of time. How can I do this
from the women's file?
I also need to do survival analysis of long-acting methods. My problem is how to select women who started a method at a specific period of time. I need guidance on how to do this.
Kind regards,

Dear User, the best place to start is with The Guide to DHS Statistics.
Quote:

Contraceptive Discontinuation
First-year contraceptive discontinuation rates ............................................................ .................... 7.28
Percent distribution of discontinued episodes of contraceptive use in the 5 years preceding the survey by reason for discontinuation ................................................. 7.35
