SPSS syntax for infant mortality cross tabulations [message #13955]

Good day. I am trying cross-tabulate sex (rows) and residence (urban/rural, column) IMR using the Philippines 2013 data set. I will eventually also do this for Philippines 2008 and perhaps add region to the crosstab, but I think I can pick it up from this. Requesting some assistance please as I could not translate the instructions in the Guide to DHS Statistics into SPSS syntax.
