For 2008-2009 Kenya DHS household question 121 on the ownership of assets, would a tuk-tuk, or auto rickshaw, be considered a car or truck?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auto_rickshaw#East_Africa

Many thanks,

Bill

The Kenya 2008-09 household questionnaire (Q 121) asked the respondent if any member of the household owns a bicycle/motorcycle or motor scooter/animal drawn cart/car or truck/boat with a motor. If a household member owned a tuk-tuk, the answer will be based on the respondent's opinion of what a tuk-tuk is. DHS does not make that determination.

However, looking at the picture in Wikipedia, my guess is that the respondent most likely would have answered "car" or maybe in some cases, "motor scooter".
