How to calculate women's empowerment indicators at district level in Uttar Pradesh. Please give me SPSS syntax for all women empower indicators from NFHS-5.

SPSS code for these indicators is given on our GitHub site, for the generic chapter 15. You will need to adapt and run "WEmain" first. Here is the link: https://github.com/DHSProgram/DHS-Indicators-SPSS/tree/maste r/Chap15_WE

Thanks for your help. Now, I am enable to assess all women empowerment indicator for NFHS-5. Please give me SPSS syntax for all women empowerment indicators from NFHS all rounds.

You should be able to find these indicators for NFHS-5, and the earlier rounds that include such data, here: https://github.com/DHSProgram/DHS-Indicators-SPSS/tree/maste r/Chap15_WE.
