Dear DHS Staff,
I submitted my manuscript on the journal for publication, it asked me the ethical review documentation. I tried to get help from the DHS "Request ethical review documentation" link about a while ago, but got no feedback. Can you provide those information Tanzania DHS 2022?

Kindly give the name of the institutional review board or ethics committee that approved the study, include the approval number/date and/or a statement indicating approval of this research and indicate the form of consent obtained (written/oral) or the reason that consent was not obtained
