Hey. I want to use DHS dataset for Pakistan, can someone guide me from where I can download the questionnaire file for Pakistan data from where I can see all the variables defined. Basically I was looking at the districts mentioned but they have given coding to this variable like 1,2,3 instead of name of districts so I want to know 1 is which district and 2 is which

The questionnaires are in the appendix of the final reports:

You can also open the codebook in a text editor (the file with .map extension).
