Hello Everyone,
I'm working on the data of Nepal DHS 2022. In the GitHub repositories, I got STATA code for other chapters, and I successfully reproduced tables for those chapters. But I did not find any code for chapter 19, which is entitled Mental Health. Does anyone have the STATA code to get all the table output for NDHS-2022?

Thank you! It will be very helpful for me if anyone can provide me the code or any repositories link.

Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

Yes, DHS does not yet have Stata code for the mental health module. I expect it will be prepared and posted sometime in 2024. Have you tried to construct the indicators yourself, using the variables with prefix mth or smth. Please try, and if you have difficulty, DHS staff may be able to help.

Dear all,

I want to use the mental health as well and I want to know I can get the data with prefix mth or mmth for I have downloaded the data but I can not find the data with prefix mth or mmth. Thank you very much.

Dear Ginny007,

Download the full NDHS 2022 dataset from the DHS website. After that, open the IR file and find the variables with the prefix mth.
