I am attempting to measure the change in household education between 2017 and 2022 by province in the Philippines. The 2017 household recode survey data has a variable "shprov" that provides the province of the surveyed household, but the 2022 survey does not. While both years have the administrative region data, I require the province-level data that seems to only be in the 2017 survey. Does this data exist for the 2022 survey, and if so, where can I find it?

I do have access to the GPS data, however the clusters to which the coordinates are mapped are different in 2022 than they were in 2017, making comparison by this measure impossible.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
