How to create Facility Recode dataset from Facility Raw for BDHS 2017 SPA [message #28021]

I was working to redo a analysis of a published paper that used the BDHS 2014 SPA dataset. But when I started doing the same analysis using BDHS SPA 2017, I found out that one is Facility recode dataset and another is Facility Raw. Anyone out there who knows how to convert the Facility Raw to Facility recode.
