Hello,
I am conducting an analysis using DHS data from several countries in East Africa. Why are there "no observations" for the data on whether one has "ever been tested for AIDS" (v781) and "when was the last time you were tested for HIV" (v826) in the 2007-08 Rwanda DHS? Is the data not in this dataset or were the questions never asked? If it is the former case, is it possible for me to obtain this data?
Thank you.

Dear User,
The Rwanda DHS 2007-08 was an interim survey. It did not have all the sections of a normal DHS. I checked the final report on our website http:// www.dhsprogram.com/publications/publication-FR215-DHS-Final- Reports.cfm and there was no HIV section. If you look at the questionnaire in Appendix E for the woman and the man, you will see those questions were not asked. Most of the final reports on our website contain the questionnaires in one of the appendices. Thank you!
