Hello,

If one wants to get, for example, the proportion of HIV+ adult men (or both men and women) with comprehensive HIV knowledge, or other proportions restricted to HIV+ adults, which weight should be used?

I see a similar question was asked in 2013, but I couldn't figure out the answer even after looking at the linked manuals.

Thank you!

If you are restricting your population to those that tested positive or negative on the HIV test, you should use the HIV weights in variable hiv05.
