Since 2009, the displacement of the DHS clusters was done so that they remain in the second administrative level (provinces) in some countries.
My questions are then these:

1) In the 2010 Burundi DHS, has the name of province been given to a given cluster before or after its displacement?

In other words, are the clusters located in their true provinces?

2) How can we used these sampling weights in spatial modeling using the geoRgm package of R in the binomial probability model because they are not integers?

3) Is it permitted to re-displace them when it is known that they have been displaced up to 2 km in urban and up to 5 km in rural areas with 1% of the rural clusters which have been displaced up to 10 km?
