According to DHS defination of breastfeeding could you have children who where given something first three days being exclusively breastfed as well.

M55Z is set for children who were not given any liquid or food during the first three days after they are born other than breast milk. Exclusive breastfeeding is set for children who were not given liquids or foods yet including the first three days of the life of the child.
