I would like to know what is the difference between the pregnancies recode(PHGR81FL) and the pregnancy & postnatal care recode(PHNR81FL). I am referring to the Philippine DHS 2022 and we are using Python.

Please see the documentation in the recently updated Guide to DHS Statistics found at: https://www.dhsprogram.com/Data/Guide-to-DHS-Statistics/inde x.cfm
In the table of contents on the left-hand side, select Introduction and Description of DHS Datasets, then Organization of DHS data, and then Recode Files. Here you will find the GR file and the NR file described.
The main difference is that the GR file includes all pregnancies, while the NR file is restricted to pregnancies in the 3 years preceding the survey.
