Dear User, Please refer to The Guide to DHS Statistics. The section for nutritional status walks you through the calculations. Is there a particular table you are trying to replicate?

A response from senior data processing expert, Albert Themme:
Quote:

V440 is based on HA5 in the household data file. V440 is numeric with 4 digits and has no decimals. It ranges from -580 to 9998.
