Hello everyone,

I am looking to analyze factors associated with childhood malaria outcomes and would like to use the RDT data collected in the biomarker survey of the 2015 KMIS. Looking at the Child Recode and Individual Recode SAS files, I can't identify if the biomarker data is included in these sets.

Is the RDT/Anemia measurement included in these datasets and if so, which variables reference these measures? If not, is there another data set where this information is stored?

Following is a response from Senior Data Processing Specialist, Mianmian Yu:

RDT and microscopy results are in variables HML32-HML35. Anemia level is in variable HC57.
