Following is a response from DHS Senior Research Associate, Shireen Assaf:

We do not have any do files for decomposing the concentration index. However, to compute the concentration index with the erreygers correction for a binary outcome contuse (contraceptive use) for instance with the wealth index as a background variable, you can use the following stata code.

gen wt= v005/1000000
conindex contuse [pw=wt], rankvar(v190) bounded limits(0 1) erreygers cluster(v021)
